1) Click on the File Menu
2) Then click on Account Settings (For adding/removing it does not matter whcih email account you have selected.)
3) Select RSS feeds tab
4)Then just select the RSS feed that you want to remove
5) Click remove
6) Close

Add/Remove RSS Feeds
To Remove RSS feeds from with in Outlook 2010 just follow the steps bellow (Pictures are below the steps.).
1) Click on the File Menu
2) Then click on Account Settings (For adding/removing it does not matter whcih email account you have selected.)
3) Select RSS feeds tab
5) Click remove
6) Close
